Night Healthcare Assistant – £12.60 per hour | Full-Time or Part-Time

Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care | Night Shifts Only | No Sponsorship Available

Our client is looking for kind and experienced Healthcare Assistants to join their night team at a bright, welcoming residential care home.

Set in a warm and homely environment, the service provides high-quality care for older adults, with a strong focus on dignity, comfort, and person-centred support. Whether you're experienced or looking to grow within the care sector, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference while working nights in a compassionate and supportive setting.

What the Service is Looking For

• Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care

• Experience working in a care setting (essential)

• A compassionate, reliable, and respectful approach to care

• Ability to work night shifts on a full-time or part-time basis

• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude

• Right to work in the UK (Tier 2 visa sponsorship is not available)

Key Responsibilities

• Support residents with evening and overnight personal care needs

• Monitor and respond to any health or wellbeing concerns

• Assist with safe repositioning and mobility during the night

• Record accurate care notes and maintain confidentiality

• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a calm, supportive environment

• Ensure residents feel secure, listened to, and respected at all times
