Description

As a Healthcare Customer Service Advisor you will be forefront of the business for existing members providing support and guidance and helping with any enquiries they may have in regards to their products and services.

You will be booking medical appointments and processing referrals alongside dealing with any claims and gathering all required information.

The role will be mainly corresponding with customers over the telephone alongside email and occasional webchat platforms.
