We’re working with a friendly and forward-thinking practice that’s looking for a Medical Receptionist to join their team on a part-time or full-time basis, with the option to start immediately. The practice is ideally seeking someone permanent but is also open to Locum cover for the right individual. If you're organised, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Role Details:

• Pay: £12.25-£15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Hours: Part-time / Full-time / Locum
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Bath

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Greeting and supporting patients both in person and over the phone
• Managing appointments, prescriptions, and patient enquiries
• Handling patient records and referrals using EMIS or SystmOne
• Providing essential admin support to the wider clinical team

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience working in a healthcare or GP setting (desirable)
• A calm, friendly, and professional manner
• Strong IT and admin skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organised during busy periods
• Knowledge of EMIS or SystmOne (preferred but not essential)
