Key Responsibilities:

You will handle diverse matters, including:

• Health, social care, and education-related issues
• Complex litigation within the Court of Protection
• Human rights cases
• Representing clients in inquests

About You:

You will have:

• A qualification as a Solicitor with 2 years’ PQE up to Senior Associate level
• Experience in defendant work
• Expertise in healthcare law, inquests, and court of protection cases
• Knowledge of mental capacity law and related areas
