In this role you will be acting on behalf of a range of NHS trusts and insurers, you will be responsible for a diverse range of healthcare cases including inquests, Court of Protection and tribunal matters, from initial instruction through to settlement.

Skills & Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• 4+ PQE
• Running a Healthcare caseload
• Experience of Inquests & Court of Protection
