Healthcare - Associate - Remote - Up to £85,000 salary

The Role

We are pleased to represent a Top 100 UK firm in their search for an Associate to join their Healthcare team, representing Healthcare professionals who are facing disciplinary action by a regulatory body.

Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Healthcare department, it is now seeking to appoint an Associate to represent individuals who are facing regulatory proceedings by the likes of the NMC, HCPC, GMC and other healthcare regulators.

Incumbent in the role is significant opportunity for training and development, as well as the opportunity to work alongside Partners who have backgrounds of working with some of the most renowned firms in the country, if not the world.

The Candidate

A Solicitor with 3-5 Years' PQE
Prior experience in Healthcare Regulation / Fitness to Practise
Experience in Inquests
Familiarity with the Tribunal and Fitness to Practise remit
Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
