Key Responsibilities:

a diverse caseload of defendant healthcare matters, including clinical negligence and medical malpractice claims.
expert legal advice and representation to healthcare professionals and organizations.
thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare court documents.
effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
abreast of developments in healthcare law and contribute to the firm's knowledge sharing initiatives.

Requirements:

Solicitor with NQ to 5 years' PQE in defendant healthcare law.
experience handling complex healthcare litigation matters.
communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

to delivering high-quality legal services with integrity and professionalism.
