Our client is a leading and award-winning global firm who are completely full-service and act as a trusted advisor on transport and logistics and international trade, through to retail, insurance, marine, health, education, manufacturing, public sector and banking and financial services.

Role Overview
The firm are currently looking to add to their health litigation team with a new associate to handle defendant clinical negligence claims for NHS Resolution, NHS trusts and other clients.

Role Responsibilities

Drafting reports to the NHS Resolution
Interviewing witnesses
Drafting witness statements
Instructing experts
Instructing counsel
Attend Court for Case Management Conferences and Application Hearings
Negotiating settlements.
Holding conferences with Counsel.
Preparing for and attending trials and mediations.

Ideal Candidate
Qualified Solicitor
Defendant clinical negligence experience at a NHSR Panel firm or MPS experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team, in the office and remotely.
Demonstrates an understanding of clients’

needs/expectations.
