Job Description - Healthcare VP

  • Key Responsibilities
  • - Leading day-to-day execution across buy-side and sell-side mandates.
  • - Managing complex financial modelling, valuation materials, and process documentation.
  • - Running due diligence processes and coordinating cross-functional advisers.
  • - Directly interacting with clients, contributing to strategic discussions, and presenting analyses.
  • - Supporting origination by preparing pitches and identifying new opportunities.
  • - Coaching, developing, and overseeing Analysts and Associates.
  • Ideal Candidate
  • - Ideally between 6-9 years of experience in Investment Banking, with significant exposure to Healthcare M&A.
  • - Demonstrated track record executing transactions, ideally with cross-border elements.
  • - Advanced technical skills and the ability to independently lead work-streams.
  • - Strong client management capabilities and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • - Experience managing and developing junior team members.
  • - A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing team.
