Job Description - Healthcare VP

Key Responsibilities
- Leading day-to-day execution across buy-side and sell-side mandates.
- Managing complex financial modelling, valuation materials, and process documentation.
- Running due diligence processes and coordinating cross-functional advisers.
- Directly interacting with clients, contributing to strategic discussions, and presenting analyses.
- Supporting origination by preparing pitches and identifying new opportunities.
- Coaching, developing, and overseeing Analysts and Associates.
Ideal Candidate
- Ideally between 6-9 years of experience in Investment Banking, with significant exposure to Healthcare M&A.
- Demonstrated track record executing transactions, ideally with cross-border elements.
- Advanced technical skills and the ability to independently lead work-streams.
- Strong client management capabilities and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing and developing junior team members.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing team.
