Healthcare Worker

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Worker to join our domiciliary care/ Supported living team.

As a Healthcare Worker in domiciliary care, you will be responsible for assisting individuals in their homes with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring they maintain a good quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing care to vulnerable people, show great empathy, and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, and assisting with mobility

*

Preparing meals and assisting with feeding if required

*

Administering medication and managing basic healthcare needs

*

Offering companionship and emotional support

*

Ensuring client safety and wellbeing within the home environment

*

Completing reports and maintaining records in accordance with care guidelines

Skills & Qualifications Required:

*

Previous minimum 6 months UK experience in healthcare or domiciliary care is desirable.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients

*

Compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*

Basic understanding of care needs, personal care, and safety measures

*

Ability to manage time effectively and handle responsibilities efficiently

*

Driving Licence (UK Full) is highly desirable, but not essential – however, you must have the intention to obtain one if you don't already possess it
