We are hiring a HealthTech Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of digital healthcare products that improve patient outcomes and provider efficiency. This role involves working cross -functionally with engineering, design, and clinical teams to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and deliver innovative digital health solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for digital health applications or platforms.
Translate user needs and business objectives into product features and functionality.
Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, data scientists, and clinicians to guide product delivery.
Gather and prioritise product requirements based on market research, user feedback, and compliance needs.
Drive Agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs to iterate and improve continuously.
Ensure product compliance with healthcare regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and MHRA guidelines.
Lead stakeholder engagement across business, regulatory, and technical teams.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Proven track record in product management for digital health platforms, telemedicine apps, EHR systems, or healthcare SaaS.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient journeys, and clinical environments.
Familiarity with health data standards: FHIR, HL7, ICD -10, SNOMED.
Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
Experience working with software development teams in a regulated environment.
Desired Skills:
Experience launching B2B or B2C HealthTech products.
Knowledge of AI/ML in healthcare or mobile health technologies.
Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Health Informatics, or equivalent).
Understanding of NHS Digital frameworks or interoperability challenges in the UK.
