Heat Treatment Operator – B11, Birmingham

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Working Hours: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Location: B11, Birmingham

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Heat Treatment Operator to join a busy operation based in the B11 area of Birmingham.

The successful candidate will assist with heat treatment processes, ensuring materials are handled safely and work is completed efficiently to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operating heat treatment equipment and machinery in line with company procedures.
Loading and unloading materials safely.
Monitoring processes and ensuring products meet required specifications.
Carrying out quality checks and reporting any defects or issues.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

Requirements

Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable.
Experience operating industrial machinery or heat treatment equipment is an advantage.
Good attention to detail and a safety-conscious approach.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

What We Offer

£13.50 per hour.
Day shift: 10:00am–7:00pm.
Convenient B11, Birmingham location.
