Heat Press Operative

Tennial Personnel are seeking a skilled Heat Press Operative to join our client’s expanding team in Earl Soham. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with a successful 12-week probation period leading to a permanent position. You will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role involves accurately placing garments onto carousel plates, positioning DTF (Direct to Film) film, and ensuring the garments are heat pressed automatically. After pressing, you will remove the film backing, carefully take the garment off the plate, and then scan and pack it for dispatch. The role requires the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling garments and film

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-output production environment

Experience with operating heat press machinery is advantageous, but not essential

Competence in scanning and packing garments for dispatch

Qualifications:

Previous experience in garment handling or a similar role is preferred

Full training will be provided for candidates without prior heat press experience
