We’re recruiting an experienced Heating Engineer to join an established team covering the Lincoln area, carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on domestic heating and hot water systems.

The Role

* Service, maintain and repair domestic heating and hot water systems.

* Work across a range of residential properties.

* Deliver excellent customer service to residents and clients.

* Complete job reports and paperwork accurately.

* Follow all relevant health, safety and compliance requirements.

* Participate in an evening and weekend outof-hours rota.

What We’re Looking For

* Essential gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1.

* Experience servicing and repairing domestic heating systems.

* A professional, customerfocused approach.

* Good communication and organisational skills.

Working Hours & Package

* Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (40 hours per week, including a daily unpaid lunch break).

* £42,000 annual salary.
