Specialising in modern heating and cooling solutions including air source heat pumps, traditional heating systems, and renewable technologies, they are committed to delivering high-quality installations and excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Heating & Cooling Manager to oversee their engineering team and lead the day-to-day operations of the heating division. The Role As Heating & Cooling Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and ensuring the smooth delivery of heating and cooling projects. This is a key leadership position within the business, overseeing engineer workloads, coordinating jobs, managing stock, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. You will work closely with the company directors and play an important role in the continued growth of the heating and renewable energy division.
