Salary & Benefits:

Workshop Technician - $30 - $40 per hour
Mobile Field Service Technician - $32 - $42 per hour
Overtime - $45 - $60 per hour
Field allowance - +$2 - $5 per hour (where applicable)
Paid travel time (mobile roles)

The Role:

Service, repair, and maintain heavy plant and construction equipment
Diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and diesel system faults
Carry out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs
Work on excavators, loaders, dozers, dump trucks, and related machinery
Attend site-based breakdowns across Texas (mobile roles)
Complete accurate service and repair documentation
Ensure safe return-to-service of all equipment

Requirements:

Experience as a heavy plant / construction equipment mechanic
Strong hydraulic, electrical, and diesel diagnostic ability
Experience working on CAT, Komatsu, JCB, Volvo CE equipment
Ability to work independently in workshop or field environments
Confident fault-finding under pressure
