A well-known retail brand is seeking a confident and professional Helpdesk Operative to join its busy facilities support team based in Central London. This full-time, in-office role is perfect for someone organised, service-focused, and ready to play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations across a large store portfolio.

As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional helpdesk support to internal teams, service providers, and the client. You’ll manage incoming queries via phone and email, take ownership of reactive tasks from start to finish, and ensure service level agreements are consistently met. You will coordinate scheduled maintenance, manage access and compliance documentation for on-site works, and liaise with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to keep operations on track.

You’ll also be responsible for keeping internal systems updated, producing accurate reports, managing purchase orders, and supporting service mobilisation for new store openings or closures. As part of your role, you’ll attend client meetings to provide performance updates and ensure feedback is tracked and addressed.

This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication, multitasking skills, and a proactive attitude. Prior experience in a helpdesk or facilities role is ideal but not essential, as full training will be provided.

The position is based full-time in the office, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. The dress code is smart casual, and the salary offered is £28,000 per annum. The ideal start date is as soon as possible, though notice periods can be accommodated for the right candidate.
