£35,000 - £45,000 + Company Car + Progression + Training + Company Bonus + Company Benefits + 10 Day Christmas shut down

Are you a Helpdesk / Operations Manager with a background in Facilities Maintenance who's proficient running and managing a helpdesk?

Do you want to work within a tight-knit group offering excellent progression routes into senior positions right through to Directorship?

This young but well-established company have been providing facility maintenance for numerous commercial sites in and around the West Midlands, specialising in solving maintenance problems at height. Due to the continued growth and ever-increasing workload, they are looking to expand and grow their close, friendly team.

In this role you will be managing the preexisting helpdesk team and be responsible for running the service desk dealing with existing and new clients as well as the engineers that work within the company. Organising and formatting the engineers work weeks to get them out onto the correct sites and completing ongoing jobs to consulting and going to potential new sites to provide quoting for perspective and existing clientele.

This role would suit either a Helpdesk / Operations manager with a background in facilities maintenance, who's looking to join a small friendly people first company as the main point of contact between clients, engineers and the directors.

The Role:

  • Overall responsibility for the operational management of the helpdesk team, engineers and contractors on a day-to-day basis.
  • Going on site providing quotes to new and existing clients
  • Work closely with the directors and accounts manager.
  • Manage the head office during general business hours finding new ways to streamline and improve efficiency.

  • Helpdesk/Operations Manager

  • Experience running a helpdesk team and quoting jobs
  • Commutable to Dudley
