Helpline Customer Service Assistant

Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 56 studios nation-wide (and counting!), leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. We want you to be a part of our future!

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Helpline Team for a Customer Service Assistant. Flexible contract, offering a minimum of 21 hours per week. This position will be on a shift basis between Monday to Sunday from 7am to 10:30pm, however evening and weekend availability is essential.

What we are looking for:

Essential

·         Previous customer service experience

·         English GCSE or equivalent qualification/demonstratable communication skills

·         Experience in call handling and answering customer queries

·         Experience supporting a team through email and telephone channels 

·         Examples of good time management

·         Motivation to succeed and rise to new challenges

Desirable

·         Experience working within a fast paced customer service environment

·         Experience working with age restricted products and requesting verification

·         Experience in a dedicated support team

·         Familiar with CCTV technology and remote services
