HGV Class 2 Driver - Temp to Perm
Location: Feltham, TW13
Pay Rate: £16.37 per hour
Monday to Friday | Early Finish on Fridays

Strive Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-known distributor in the beverage industry based in Feltham. We are seeking reliable and professional Class 2 (HGV2) Drivers to join their expanding team.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering job stability and long-term benefits.

Role Overview:

• Multi-drop deliveries to pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, and corporate venues

• Routes include Central London, Manchester, Leeds, and the South Coast

• Vehicles used are automatic 18T trucks

• Heavy lifting involved - deliveries may require carrying stock upstairs or to basements

• All deliveries must be handed directly to the client - no unattended drop-offs

• Monday to Friday shifts only - no weekends or nights

Onboarding Process:

• Day 1: Full warehouse-based training

• Week 2: Paired with an experienced driver for route familiarisation

• Uniform must be black or dark navy with no large visible logos - smart appearance is essential

Benefits Once Permanent:

• Annual performance bonus up to £2,100

• 20-25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)

• Extra week’s pay for working throughout December without holiday

Requirements:

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence

• Driver CPC and Digital Tacho Card

• Newly passed Class2 drivers are welcome !

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
