Salary: £43,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - 3-week rotating night shift pattern

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are delighted to be supporting our valued client, a well-established transport and logistics business based in Beverley, in the recruitment of an experienced HGV Class 1 ADR Night Trunk Driver.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Class 1 driver with a valid ADR licence to join a professional operation supporting Hazchem and Palletline logistics network operations.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out overnight trunking operations safely and efficiently, ensuring goods are transported and delivered in line with company and legal requirements.

The role operates on a Monday to Friday, three-week rotating shift pattern:

Week 1: 18:00 start - approximately 06:00 finish
Week 2: 18:00 start - approximately 06:30 finish
Week 3: 20:00 start - approximately 06:00 finishAll shifts include a 45-minute unpaid break.

The Ideal Candidate

Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
Valid ADR licence/ticket
Previous experience in trunking or night driving
A strong understanding of driver hours and transport legislation
Reliable, professional and safety-conscious
Comfortable working a rotating night shift pattern
Previous experience within Hazchem, pallet network or general haulage operations would be advantageous
