Interaction Recruitment is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing opportunities with a busy transport and distribution operation in the Gatwick area.

We're looking for reliable drivers who want excellent hourly rates, regular shifts and straightforward depot-to-depot trunking work.

With early morning, daytime, evening and night shifts available, there's plenty of opportunity to find work that suits you.

Hourly Pay Rates

Day Shifts

Standard days – £22.41 per hour

Dawn shifts – £23.45 per hour

Early morning shifts – £22.68–£22.95 per hour

Evening & Night Shifts

Evening shifts – £23.19 per hour

Late shifts – £24.06 per hour

Qualifying night shifts – £25.53 per hour

All rates are PAYE and depend on the shift worked.

The Role

You'll be completing scheduled HGV Class 1 trunking runs between distribution sites, ensuring deliveries are made safely and on time.

This is predominantly driving-focused work with no manual loading or unloading.

What You'll Need

Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, held for at least 12 months

Minimum 180 days of Class 1 driving experience within the last 2 years

Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card

Maximum 6 penalty points

Ability to complete the required vetting and DBS checks
