Hgv Class 1 Driver

Triton Recruitment require an experienced HGV Driver for recycling operations, delivering and collecting containers and materials from customer and supplier sites.

All applicants must have:

* Valid HGV licence

* Experience with 44t Artic and Moffett

* Experience with 26t Rigid and Moffett

* Hook lift and drag RORO experience, including open/enclosed bins and compactor bin installation

* Valid Digital Tachograph and DCPC cards

* No more than 6 points on licence (no DR, DG, DD or IN codes)

Duties will include:

* Safely delivering and collecting containers and materials

* Carrying out daily and weekly vehicle, trailer and container checks

* Safely discharging materials

* Ensuring compliance with tachograph laws, health and safety procedures

* Reporting vehicle defects, breakdowns or damaged containers

* Maintaining a professional and courteous manner with customers and colleagues

* Applicants must be reliable, punctual, able to work unsupervised and flexible with start times.

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 5am – 3pm
Friday: 5am – 2pm
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
