HGV Class 1 Driver

Proman UK, acting as an Employment Business, is currently recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV / LGV C+E Drivers on behalf of our national client, who has an operating depot in Preston PR2.
Job Role:

Class 1 HGV/LGV C+E Driver

- you'll be making bulk collections & deliveries between various sites and customers nationwide. Deliveries and collections may involve trailer swaps or having your trailer live unloaded and reloaded, depending on individual customer needs.
Hours of work:

all shifts commence between 12:00 and 20:00, shifts average 10 hours in length, flexibility is required
Pay rates:

PAYE, Pre 12 weeks
Midweek:
STD - £19.38 (£17.20 + hol accrual)
OT after 8hrs - £26.26 (£23.44 + hol accrual
Saturday:
STD - £24.67 (£21.89 + hol accrual)
OT after 8hrs - £26.26 (£23.44 + hol accrual)
Sunday:
£27.38 (£24.44+ hol accrual)
Bank Holiday:
£36.15 (£32.08 + hol accrual)
Rates will increase after 12 weeks

Successful Applicants

MUST

have the following:
Hold a valid Class 1/C+E Licence
No More than 6 points (No DD/DR/TT or IN endorsements)
Valid Tacho and CPC cards
Minimum 12 months of ongoing work experience is essential. Tachograph history reflecting this experience will be required to complete the induction.
MUSThave no more than 12 current points for infringements on card
