HGV Class 1 Drivers - Friday to Monday

Staffline are urgently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for TJX in Crewe, specifically for a Friday to Monday rota. This role offers guaranteed hours and excellent earning potential.

Shift Pattern
Friday - Monday (4 shifts per week)
Guaranteed 12 hours per shift
48 hours guaranteed per week

Start Times
Between 04:00 - 10:00

Pay Rates (PAYE)
Basic Rate: £17.45 per hour
Night Rate (22:00 - 04:00): £19.25 per hour
Overtime (after 48 hours): £26.18 per hour

Your Time at Work
- Combination of store deliveries and trunking
- Handling palletised goods
- Offloading using a pump truck
- Working with double decker trailers
- Ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods

Our Perfect Worker
Who We're Looking For:
- Valid HGV Class 1 (CE) licence with 6 months experience
- Digi Tacho & CPC
- Must be available to work Friday through Monday consistently
- Comfortable handling palletised goods and using a pump truck
- Professional, reliable, and safety-focused
- Flexible to complete both trunking and store deliveries

Assessment Process:
Drug & alcohol test
Multiple-choice theory test
Practical driving assessment
Once passed, you'll buddy up with an experienced driver for training
