HGV Class 1 Night Drivers

2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE

Staffline are recruiting for HGV Class 1 Night drivers for our client based out Knottingley, West Yorkshire. We have roles available for ongoing agency rotas or temp to perm rotas available.

PAYE rates for the role of HGV Class 1 driver are as follows:

Days: £17.45 Per Hour (04:00 - 17:59)
Nights £18.45 Per Hour (18:00 - 03:59)
6th Shift Days £26.18 Per Hour
6th Shift Nights £27.68 Per Hour

There is a 45 minute break deduction and the 6th shift worked is paid at time and a half.

Your Time at Work
Depot-to-depot trunking work
No handballing involved
Clean, straightforward driving role with minimal physical work

Opportunities Available:
5 Temp-to-Perm positions - offering the opportunity to secure a permanent role after 12 weeks
5 Ongoing Agency roles - for drivers seeking flexible, long-term agency work

Shift Patterns Available:
17:00 Sun-Thurs x 2
19:00 Tue-Sat x 2
21:00 Mon-Fri x 2
22:00 Sun-Thurs x 2
22:00 Mon-Fri x 2

Our Perfect Worker
Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of 2 years experience
Reliable and professional drivers
Good timekeeping and attention to safety
- No more than 6 points
- Digi card and DCPC
