As an HGV Driver, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and efficient transportation of goods.

• Dayshifts available
• 42 hours guaranteed,with overtime paid at time and a half

As an HGV Class 2 Driver at Whistl, you will:

• Operate and maintain your HGV vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Ensure the timely and secure delivery of goods to designated locations.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service,
• Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A valid HGV licence
• CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification
• Digital tachograph card
• Excellent driving record with no major violations or accidents and no more than 3 points on your licence
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
• Ability to handle physical demands, including heavy lifting and long hours on the road
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Clean licence (no more than 3 points )
