HGV Class 2 Driver - Evening/Nights

Join an established, leading independent UK distributor as an HGV Class 2 Driver. You'll be the face of the business, providing a professional frontline service to customers while ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities

* Transport goods and deliveries safely and efficiently to customer locations.

* Complete multi-drop deliveries, including routes into London.

* Build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.

* Use your knowledge of the local area to ensure on-time deliveries.

* Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.

* No loading or unloading required – driving duties only.

Working Hours

* Sunday to Friday (Saturday fixed day off)

* Evening/Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

* Immediate Start Available

* Depot Location: Dagenham

Pay Rates (Including Holiday Pay)

* Sunday/Bank Holiday Night: £23.00 per hour

* Monday to Friday Night Shifts: £20.00 per hour

* Guaranteed 8 hours' pay per shift.

Requirements

* Current and valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.

* Minimum of 2 years holding an HGV licence and 12–24 months' commercial Class 2 driving experience in the UK.

* Clean UK driving licence.

* Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.

* Good knowledge of London and the local region.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work well as part of a team.

* Own transport to travel to and from the Dagenham depot.

* Reliable, punctual, and committed to safe driving practices.
