Job Description - HGV Class 2 Tanker Driver

We’re looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Tanker Driver to join a well-established team in Stonehouse. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, with typical hours starting at 06:30, Monday to Friday (approx. 9-hour shifts). Weekend overtime is available, but optional.
You’ll be responsible for the safe collection and disposal of liquid and wastewater using a vacuum tanker. This position requires someone with previous experience and available immediately following a successful face-to-face interview.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a HGV Class 2 tanker for liquid waste transport
Complete all required delivery notes and paperwork accurately
Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers
Perform daily vehicle safety checks
Deliver high levels of service in all areas of the role

To be successful:

Proven Class 2 rigid tanker driving experience
Comfortable working around waste and odours
Full UK HGV Class 2 licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Positive, professional approach to work
