HGV Driver

SRG Recruitment are seeking a reliable HGV2 Driver for a part-time position in Southampton. Working for a popular food distributor, this role involves delivering and collecting pallets to and from customers.

What the job involves -

Working Mondays 4am - 1pm, Wednesday and Fridays 2am - 11am.
Overtime available on the days you work plus Tuesdays and Thursdays.
£17.62 per hour, 24hr per week contract (not including any overtime)
Delivering to London.
Driving between warehouses in Portsmouth and Southampton.
Using a manual pump truck to manoeuvre heavy pallets.
Temp to Perm role, you will work through the agency for 13 weeks before the permanent contract starts.What you will need -

Full UK Driving licence plus category C
Valid CPC and Digi Tacho
No more than 6 points (for insurance purposes)
1 years driving experience (for insurance purposes)
This position is perfect for someone who likes early morning/night work and doesn't necessarily need to work full time but happy to work some overtime occasionally.
