HGV Class 1 (C+E) Wag and Drag Driver – Gravesend, Kent

We are looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Wag and Drag Driver to join a well-established recycling and waste management company based in Gravesend, Kent.

This is a long-term opportunity offering stable work, competitive pay and a guaranteed 45-hour contract.

Pay & Benefits

* £17.00 per hour

* £20.00 per hour on Saturdays

* Guaranteed full Saturday day rate

* Guaranteed 45 hours per week

* One-hour paid break each day

Working Pattern

* Week 1: Monday to Friday

* Week 2: Monday to Saturday

* Five-day rota, including some weekend work

* Flexible start times available

Main Duties

* Driving HGV Class 1 Wag and Drag vehicles

* Transporting recycling and waste materials

* Carrying out local and regional collections and deliveries

* Completing daily vehicle checks

* Following all health, safety and transport regulations

* Completing relevant paperwork

Requirements

* Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence

* Valid Driver CPC

* Valid Digital Tachograph Card

* Previous HGV Class 1 driving experience

* Wag and Drag experience preferred

* Reliable, professional and safety-conscious
