Hgv Mechanic

We are recruiting an experienced HGV Mechanic to join our client’s team, responsible for the servicing, maintenance and repair of a busy HGV fleet.

Key Responsibilities -

* Service, repair and maintain HGVs to a high standard.

* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.

* Attend breakdowns at various locations when required.

* Ensure vehicles meet manufacturer and legal requirements.

* Maintain workshop standards, parts stock and service records.

* Assist with plant equipment repairs where required.

Personal Requirements -

* Experienced HGV Mechanic / Technician.

* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

* Full UK driving licence essential.

* Class 1 & 2 licence advantageous.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Flexible, reliable and safety-conscious.

* Comfortable working under pressure and responding to breakdowns.
