Hours: Monday–Friday | Early/late shifts 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00

What You Will Be Doing

As an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / LGV Fitter / HGV Fitter you will be responsible for:

Servicing and repairing HGVs, LGVs and commercial vehicles to DVSA and manufacturer standards
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults on HGVs, trailers and LGVs as an experienced HGV Mechanic
Completing inspections, maintenance and documentation accurately
Supporting workshop productivity and maintaining a clean, safe working environment
Staying up to date with technical training and new technology as a Commercial Vehicle Technician
Pay and Benefits

What You Will Need

To be considered as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, LGV Fitter, HGV Fitter or Commercial Vehicle Technician you will need:

Proven experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, LGV Fitter or HGV Fitter within a commercial vehicle environment
Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds / IMI or equivalent)
Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills
Full UK driving licence
Class 1 licence (desirable)
