Receiving and reviewing job cards allocated by the workshop controller.
Performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
Testing vehicle systems using advanced diagnostic equipment.
Examining vehicles for damage or malfunctions and executing repairs or replacements.
Relining, adjusting, and replacing brakes and other critical systems.
Servicing air conditioning, electrical, heating, and cooling systems.
Identifying faults, sourcing parts, and ensuring all work meets quality standards.
Conducting inspections and tests to evaluate vehicle safety and performance.Requirements for the HGV Technician role:

NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in HGV repair, vehicle maintenance, or repair.
Proven experience working with HGVs, LCVs, or similar commercial vehicles.
Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a proactive attitude.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
