Salary: £23.00 - £24.00 per hour, depending on licences and experience
Hours: 8:00pm - 6:30am, Monday to Thursday
Working Pattern: 4 nights per week

We're recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician to join a professional commercial vehicle workshop in Northampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced technician looking for a four-night working week, excellent earning potential and the chance to develop their technical skills within an established commercial vehicle environment.
The Role
As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for:
·Servicing, maintaining and repairing HGVs and commercial vehicles.
·Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
·Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults.
·Completing mechanical repairs and defect work to a high standard.
·Following manufacturer procedures and workshop standards.
·Ensuring vehicles are maintained safely and efficiently.
·Completing job cards and repair documentation accurately.
·Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment.
·Working as part of a professional team to minimise vehicle downtime.
About You
We're looking for an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Technician with:
·Relevant HGV / Heavy Vehicle Maintenance qualification.
·Previous experience servicing, maintaining and repairing HGVs.
·Strong mechanical and diagnostic fault-finding skills.
·A reliable and professional approach to work.
·Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
·The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·A willingness to continue developing your technical skills.
Salary will be dependent on your level of experience and relevant driving/technical licences.
