HGV Tipper Drivers Required

£40K annual salary offered depending on experience

Location : Rayliegh Depot

Start date: ASAP

Job Purpose

To collect and deliver Aggregates

Main Duties and Responsibilities in addition to Driving:

• Delivery of Aggregates to Various sites / contracts
• Collection of Aggregates to Various sites / contracts
• Daily walk-around checks
• Reporting defects
• Making sure loads are safely secure
• Completing delivery / collection paperwork and logbooks

Key Skills and Qualities:

• Excellent driving skills
• The ability to work alone and concentrate for long periods
• A good understanding of Drivers Hours and regulations
• A polite and professional manner
• A good understanding of safety, on the road and when loading and unloading
• Must be over 18 years of age
• Be trustworthy and reliable
• The ability to complete record sheets and paper work accurately
• A reasonable level of fitness
