HGV / PSV Technician – Wrexham

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV / PSV Technician to join a well-established private coach company in Wrexham.

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday

* 10-hour day shifts

* Every other Saturday – half day

The salary is particularly strong for the Wrexham area and reflects the working pattern, including the longer weekday shifts and alternate Saturday mornings.

Key Responsibilities

* Service, maintain, and repair HGV and PSV vehicles

* Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance

* Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults

* Complete repairs to a high workshop standard

* Prepare vehicles for MOT and compliance requirements

* Accurately complete job cards and service records

* Maintain a safe and organised working environment

Requirements

* Previous experience as an HGV Technician, PSV Technician, Bus Technician, or Coach Technician

* Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

* Good mechanical and electrical knowledge

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Full UK driving licence
