Responsibilities Install, maintain and repair high voltage electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers and cables. Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Perform high voltage testing, fault finding and diagnostics to ensure control and protection equipment reliability. Deliver planned and reactive maintenance within industrial and commercial environments. Ensure compliance with UK electrical regulations and safety standards. Maintain accurate documentation of all electrical works and safety reports. Respond to emergency callouts and provide troubleshooting support when required. Work collaboratively with contractors, engineers and stakeholders to complete tasks safely and efficiently.Must-have Requirements Qualified Electrician. Proven experience in high-voltage maintenance, installation and fault finding. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and risk assessments. Ability to interpret technical schematics and electrical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Nice-to-have Skills Experience working in industrial or utility environments.
