Academics is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a fantastic primary school in Sittingbourne this September.

We are seeking someone confident in leading whole-class learning and supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

The HLTA role includes:

• Delivering lessons in the teacher's absence
• Supporting teaching staff with planning and delivery
• Assisting with interventions and small group support
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement across the classroom

The ideal HLTA will have:

• HLTA qualification or relevant experience
• Previous experience working across primary year groups
• A passion for helping children progress and achieve
• A proactive, flexible approach
