Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Higer Level Teaching Assistant to support a Year 6 class in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Warrington, This full-time, long-term Higer Level Teaching Assistant position is ideal for someone ready to take on more responsibility while still supporting class teaching and pupil development.

The successful Higer Level Teaching Assistantwill be a key part of the Year 6 team, helping to deliver a smooth, structured, and inspiring curriculum in preparation for SATs. This role starts ASAP and may lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

The Ideal Higer Level Teaching Assistant Will:

• Have recent experience supporting in upper Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6.
• Be confident supporting or delivering lessons in the teacher's absence.
• Be a proactive, professional, and committed Higer Level Teaching Assistant.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills.

Requirements for the Higer Level Teaching Assistant:

• Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
• Two references covering the last two years.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Availability for full-time, long-term work as a Higer Level Teaching Assistant.
