Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Are you a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next challenge?

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a recognised HLTA qualification or higher
• Have proven experience teaching full classes and managing classroom behaviour
• Be confident in leading small group interventions to support children's learning
• Have a solid understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
• Be proactive in supporting the whole class, working alongside the class teacher to ensure a positive learning environment
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
