Your Role

As a High-Level Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality support to classroom teachers by leading small group sessions and delivering targeted interventions to improve student outcomes.
• Assisting with planning, delivering, and evaluating engaging educational activities tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Supporting students with special educational needs and helping them to achieve their individual learning goals.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, maintaining accurate records, and providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Promoting positive behavioral expectations and maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.

What We Are Looking For

We seek individuals who are passionate about education and possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience working in a school environment, preferably in a teaching assistant role.
• HLTA qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the educational needs of children and how to support them effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while demonstrating initiative and adaptability.

• Experience in a school setting, preferably as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.
• HLTA qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and strategies to support diverse learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance learning experiences.
