HLTA - Long-Term Role South Birmingham | September Start | Full-Time
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in South Birmingham from September 2026.
This is a long-term, full-time opportunity, ideal for a confident HLTA who can take on additional responsibilities and support across the school.
About the role:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Provide targeted intervention support to small groups Support class teachers with planning and classroom management Step in to cover classes where requiredRequirements:
Proven experience working as an HLTA or strong TA with cover experience HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience) is highly desirable Confident leading whole-class sessions independently Strong behaviour management skills A proactive, flexible approach and ability to build relationships quicklyWhat's on offer:
