About the Role:

  Supporting Teachers and Students:
  
  
  • Work collaboratively with teachers across various year groups, providing high-quality support in the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons.
  
  
  • Deliver small group or individualized instruction to students, tailoring support to meet their specific needs and learning styles.
  
  
  • Assist with assessment tasks and provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning progress.
  
  
  • Create engaging and stimulating learning resources to supplement the curriculum.

  Promoting Engagement and Inclusion:
  
  
  • Implement strategies to differentiate instruction and personalize learning experiences for all students, ensuring inclusivity and catering to diverse learning needs.
  
  
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates students and encourages participation.
  
  
  • Build strong relationships with students, providing pastoral support and guidance.

  Supporting School Operations:
  
  
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the classroom by maintaining a safe and organized learning environment.
  
  
  • Work collaboratively with other TAs, teachers, and support staff to ensure the effective operation of the school.
  
  
  
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a relevant qualification, such as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a degree in a relevant subject (desirable).


• Demonstrates a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching practices.


• Has experience working with students of different ages and abilities, with a proven track record of supporting their learning progress.


• Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


• Maintains a positive and enthusiastic attitude, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for students.
