The Role:

Are you an experienced member of support staff, looking to progress and take on classroom management? I am working with a local school who is excited to welcome previous Teaching Assistants or Learning Support Assistants, with the opportunity to work provide cover lessons in a a teachers absence. The school is enthusiastic to learn about your adaptation and implementation of lesson plans, whether this was to support specific student needs or facilitate interventions. Successful candidates will financially benefit from this progression, whilst developing positive working relationships.
