Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Primary Schools - Tower Hamlets

Pay: £120-£140 per day
Location: Tower Hamlets, East London
Contract: Flexible - Supply or Long-Term

We are currently recruiting for experienced and reliable Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work across a number of primary schools in Tower Hamlets. These roles are available for both short-term supply and long-term placements.

As a HLTA, you will be supporting teaching and learning across the school, leading small group interventions, and covering whole-class lessons where required. This is an excellent opportunity to build experience across a variety of settings or secure a long-term position in a supportive environment.

Requirements:

HLTA qualification or significant classroom experience

Confidence in leading lessons and supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2

Strong behaviour management and communication skills

A flexible, professional approach
