We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a welcoming primary school in LS5, Leeds. The Role

As an HLTA, you will:

Deliver planned lessons across a range of year groups in the absence of the class teacher.
Support pupils with varying learning needs, ensuring every child can achieve their potential.
Work closely with teachers to plan and implement engaging learning activities.
Provide targeted interventions to support pupil progress.
Contribute positively to the school's inclusive and supportive environment.

Requirements

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Experience working within a primary school setting.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
