Actual Salary: £31,505 | FTE: £36,345

A forward-thinking multi-academy trust is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in more than one school, supporting pupils and staff in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

The Role:

• Provide high-quality classroom cover for planned absences and professional development.
• Deliver engaging lessons planned by teachers and provide feedback to support pupil progress.
• Plan and lead targeted interventions for individuals and small groups.
• Support behaviour management and contribute to a positive learning environment.
• Attend CPD sessions and work closely with teaching staff to enhance pupil outcomes.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a recognised HLTA qualification.
• Has a strong understanding of how children learn and how to support them effectively.
• Is flexible, proactive, and confident in managing whole-class teaching.
• Demonstrates excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills.
• Is reflective, committed to continuous improvement, and passionate about pupil development.
