Your Role:

• Support teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons and supporting students’ learning needs


• Provide targeted support for students with additional learning needs


• Work closely with students to reinforce their learning and help them reach their potential


• Collaborate with the teaching team to deliver high-quality teaching and learning

What We Need:

• Experience as an HLTA or in a similar support role


• A passion for supporting student learning and development


• Strong communication and classroom management skills


• The ability to work effectively in a team and independently
