About the Role

As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will have the opportunity to deliver lessons independently, provide classroom cover when required and work closely with teachers to ensure pupils remain engaged, motivated and supported in their learning.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across KS1 and KS2.
Provide classroom cover and support curriculum delivery.
Work alongside class teachers to support pupils' progress and attainment.
Adapt learning activities to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities.
Promote positive behaviour and maintain an inclusive classroom environment.
Provide additional support to individuals and small groups where required.
Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and enthusiasm for learning.What We're Looking For

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Strong experience working within a primary school setting.
Confidence in delivering lessons independently across different year groups.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A flexible, proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
